[Opinions] Theopombos
There was a kid at my school called Theopombos. This name also appears briefly in the work of Thucidides (no idea how to spell that with English letters).
When I was born, giving your kids Ancient Greek names instead of boring old biblical names was the hot new thing. I've seen everything, from Fokion to Xanthepe and Artemisia. But Theopombos still surprised me. Having come across this name while studying Thucidides (?) I never expected anyone to actually use it. It's so over the top and funny-sounding.
I suppose it could be a posh alternative for Theodore?WDYT?~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
Check my PNL, yo!

Theopompos ? It's a little bit....pompous!!(usually transliterated Thucydides btw, a man I sincerely wish hadn't written as much as he did :( )
