[Opinions] Lula
What do you think of Lula (on its own; not shortened Tallulah)?I feel like it would work on a person of any age.

Lula will always sound a little silly to me. I can't take it seriously as a real name. Do not agree it works on any age, it feels far too fanciful for an adult, almost too heavy for a little kid, and for a teen it just seems wrong on every end.

I kind of like it. It doesn't sound babyish or bumpkinish to me the way that Lulu and Lulie do sometimes...maybe the similarity to Lola jazzes it up a bit.

Lula is a tad too cute, and it makes me think of bright patterned faddish leggings. It doesn't seem age restricted though.

Lula sounds like an old fashioned cutesy-poo name. Sounds like the name of a very elderly lady or a girl from 100 years ago.

I think it's very pretty, but in real life I can see people smirking because it sounds sort of baby-ish. But since when should that stop us? :p

I like it, but I am not sure if I would want to be called Lula. It is a bit light and airy and makes me think of hula hoops. I think it fits a child and a grandma better than a person who is in between these two stages. It does sound a bit country-ish too. But it is cute :)

Hi !!!It seems one of that words that little children say when they are too young to can speak well..I much prefer Tallulah.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I love Tallulah. Lately I've just had a propensity to think more about short names.

Hi !!Lula also seems a pet-name for "libellula" the Italian for "dragonfly". This is a nice link! XD
