I love Norah. I think it's a great name with lots of old charm and whereas I don't mind either Eleanore / Eleanora or Leonora I think I prefer Norah on its own.
What are your opinions of Norah? Do you think it could work with Patience or would a longer name with Norah as a nickname work better? I prefer Eleanore out of the three but would dread her becoming an Ellie

Norah and Nora are on the rise in popularity. I prefer Nora. Norah looks like it's trying too hard / unnecessary frill.
Patience and Norah go very well together.
Personally I would assume Norah, in this form, is the whole name. Whereas I'm more inclined to assume the form Nora would be short for something. I love Eleanora and I think Nora is a very natural nickname for it. Nell would also work (and I like it with Patience as well). Leonora and Patience fit together too. I don't like Eleanore - it just looks awkward.

It looks really misspelled to me. It is derived from Honora/Eleanor so I don't see where the H comes from. Nora is cute and old fashioned but there is something almost a bit trendy about Norah. It is like Khloe or something like that to me. It works with Patience as Nora. If you prefer uncommon names you might want to use a longer version that she can fall back on, I see Nora/Norah getting crazy common.

I have to be honest, I am loving the Norah and Patience sibset idea.

Norah is gorgeous on it's own, but I do like Lenora as well.
In fact, I know a Lenora who goes by Nora. The h is somehow more handsome, but with or without I like it.

I like my name well enough, although I think I prefer how Nora looks. It's hard to be objective lol. When I was younger it annoyed me that it was too short to really be given a nickname, as all my friends were Elizabeths and Katherines and the like. My middle name is Margaret and I really like Norah Margaret as a combo.
I think Norah Patience is pretty and works nicely. I think Eleanore Patience is almost stuffy. I think Norah works best with middle names that start and end on consonant sounds - Norah Violet, Norah Celeste, Norah Simone, etc.
