I like the meaning, and love a lot of Basque names, but I feel like it will get mispronounced often. The H is silent so it is pronounced like Isaiah.

It's only silent in Basque. Many countries pronounce the H for this name.
In the same way that Elena is pronounced differently depending on region.
Not that I would change the pronunciation, but I do tend to use the H in this. More like H'Isaiah
