I'd be tempted to combine them into Susannabel when talking about the both of them.
I find Annabel an unattractive spelling. It seems incomplete, even though Isabel doesn't. Annabelle is better. It isn't terrible, but it's very cutesy, like a big fancy china doll in Victorian clothes that is too expensive and/or fragile to let a kid handle it.
