Ohhh interesting :)I will comment on the ones that caught my attention:Perpetua - did you see 'Bridget Jones's Diary'? If not I recommend the first movie, it's hilarious! Bridget's rather annoying colleague is named Perpetua, I remember her thinking that she would like to staple things to her head :) I think of an annoying, elderly woman who likes to stick her nose in other people's business.
Clelia - this is growing on me, I think it's kind of cute.
Isabella - I think this is really pretty and it isn't so overused in Italy.
Flavia - I like this a lot too, always makes me think of ancient Rome.
Rita - might be in for a comeback
Giulia - overused but nice
Caterina - elegant
Carlo - I like this a lot!

Hi !!!I saw Bridget Jones but I can't remember it. In Italy perpetua became a profession. A 'perpetua' is the priest's housekeeper.Margherita 'Rita' is my great-aunt name. But I prefer Margherita over Rita because the first means 'daisy'.Caterina is elegant yes but nms.Carlo is cute!! Quite dated but I hope in a comeback.

Oh I didn't know it was a profession, interesting! Yes, Carlo is so nice! I have a question. How is the name Isabella seen in Italy? As dated, common, rare, old fashioned, classic etc etc?
