[Opinions] Alegria
Hello everyone,
my husband and I have been looking for ages for a girl name that could fit out first daughter (due next month). Now, after months of disagreement, it seems we've found a name we both like: Alegria. My husband is Chilean, which is why we wanted a Spanish name.
What do you think? Is it too 'out there' for an English speaking country?

Honestly, It looks like Allegra which is a anti-allergy medicine.
No, not at all. Very pretty, and not hard for an English speaker to pronounce
Well, it's easy enough to pronounce, but it's also very likely to be confused with Allegra, which is not just a name but is also a very well-known allergy medicine.
