It looks pretty. It sounds pretty. But it doesn't look like it sounds at all. Absolutely no one is going to pronounce it like you want. I even googled it, and literally nobody lists that as the pronunciation for Roise. You can't take an existing name and change the pronunciation and expect people to just know it's pronounced weird. It just creates confusion and frustration surrounding your child's name. Who wants that? And, from a practical standpoint, it might be better to avoid names with punctuation. They've got to fill out forms and stuff and that gets confusing. This name is going to be a pain for your child to bear.

I like it better than Roisín which I find very ugly. But it still sounds like a drunk trying to say Rosa
