Leopoldo - Very, very old and slightly German-ish (I have no idea why).
Manuela - Either a maimed version of Emanuela or Manuel with an -A in the end.
Paola - Really nice, but feels a bit dated.
Alessandro - I like it, but it is very common.
Mirko - Sounds like a guy in his 40s trying to sound young and cool.
Amelia - Lovely, and underused, at least in Italy.
Raffaele - I really like it.
Stefania - Same as Paola.
Antonio - That would be an honour name for me, but I am not sure about it. I don't really like its vibe.
