I love Delphina! I far prefer Delphina to Delfina. Out of your nicknames I like Fina / Phina the most. My favorite nickname would be Della, however. I would use Delphina in a second.

I love Delphina! I've been thinking about it a lot lately. I prefer it to Delfina because the "ph" appeals to me.Del and Phina are cute nicknames. Elphy would be adorable.

I prefer Delphina to Delfina. Delfin is the Swedish word for "dolphin", so Delphina looks better to mi.
I think Delie is the cutest nn, but all are good.

I prefer either Delphine or Delfina for some reason. I think all your nn options are cute and work well.

I think it's nice! Delph- names are lovely but often overlooked I find. There are others I prefer but Delphina has a great sound, and I'd love to meet one. I think I prefer Delfina. I just like the look of the F more, it seems more straightforward and grounded. I like Delfi as a nn, as well as Elfi or Effie.

Hi !!!I much prefer the spelling Delfina being Italian...It is a rare, underused name here but I think it is sweet and aristocratic. I love the link with nature but also the French royal title linked with it.About NNs my favourite is Fina. I love how it is delicate.Delphi in my opinion is not a NN but a full name with a great mythological history behind it.ETA Delfino (masculine) is the Italian word for 'dolphin'. It is also the Italian equivalent of 'dauphin' the honorific titke that were given to the Princes of France. This is why Delfina remember me these things better than Delphi which is not linked with it in my mind.
