To my ears, Frances is an old lady in a flowery dress hobbling along the brink of death with her wheely-walker. It's not something I would enjoy hearing on a newborn or a child. I'm not necessarily Mabel's biggest fan but it could be fresh and cute on the right little girl, with good aging potential as she gets older.
