I think Zach has always been nearly as common a spelling as Zack. I know I always had to keep track of which Zachary I went to school with was a Zack and which a Zach.

I'm not a big Zachary fan, it feels so juvenile. Zachariah isn't much better. Zacharias is alright, but the only variant I like much is Zachariasz.
