[Opinions] Re: Irene or Esther

For me, Irene and Esther give two completely different vibes.
Irene is dusty and dated; it reminds me of an old, really strict ballet teacher, the kind with a pointed nose and hair pulled back in a tight bun, stretching her face.
Esther on the other hand is the name of my cousin's wife and she's in her 20s, it was also the name of a classmate's little sister who would be about 18 now, so it's much more youthful to me. I like the sound of it too. Essie is a potential, cute nickname but both Esthers I know go without a nn.
I also love the alliteration of Esther Edith.
