I personally think of Ender from the novel Ender's Game. It is not really a name to me, really. Sorry. :(

Yes, I believe Ender was a babyfied nn of his real name Andrew
but it's been a while since I read those books, I could be wrong. It worked very well in the books, but I would certainly never use this for a real boy.
