... is the first thing I think of when I see it. Which is just a curiosity, really. I guess I'd think it was alright if I met one.
I'd expect to be dismayed by the number of North Americans who said eye-SORE-a or ih-SORE-a, though. ee-ZOW-ra sounds unattractive to me, personally ... unless I imagine it spoken with the right accent. I think I'd have gone with Marie too, if I were her, just because it's familiar enough not to confuse anyone.

I don't know if I would actually use it, but it's beautiful.
I think it's very pretty. It has a lovely sound and it just looks nice.

I've never heard of it before. It's very different and unique without being ostentatious. I like it and much prefer it to Marie.
