I like them both, but much prefer Pauline.

Pauline or Paulina definitely deserve a comeback.

One of my husband's relatives has a daughter, adopted from Ukraine, named Pavlina. Quite a nice variation. I like it, probably because she's a nice kid. One of hose people you're glad to see arriving-"Oh, good! Pavlina's here. "

That is a really pretty name.

We would have considered Paolina or Paulina our selves, but our surname starts with P... and P.P. were no-go initials.
