I love Ludmila! I think of its beautiful meaning and classic vibe, and I think of a kind, older woman who is very wise and knowledgeable.
I think Ludmila fits best with another classic, Slavic name as a middle.

Ludmila Nadezhda
Ludmila Zlata
Ludmila Ekaterina
Ludmila Yelena
Ludmila Olga
Ludmila Oxana
