In all honesty, it's better than something like HarperRose... yeah it's a bit dated, but it's unexpected. I think that unexpected-ness makes me more fond of the choice actually :)
I really like it! Both names are traditional, meaningful, and yes, a bit retro without sounding "old." I do think MarieMichelle would flow a bit better, though.
