I personally prefer Damian and Tristan. Between Damiano and Tristano, Damiano sounds more dynamic and passionate; however, in English people may think of the game dominoes.

Damiano. Both Damiano and Tristano are names that are a bit much. I'm sure they will result in numerous nicknames. Damiano is easier to say than Tristano, at least for me. I would definitely not say that Tristano flows like a clear waterfall. LOL.
I first misread Tristano as Tristiano. Tristano is better than Tristiano (not that you asked).
I prefer Isiano to both. That's a nice name, and I get the clear waterfall feel from it. :)
