Maybe the mom's into British names? A lot of British names are becoming popular in the US now.Jack, Oliver, and Ellie are all popular in the US too (although to be fair, they were popular in the UK first).

it's when they're all together in the same family ...And especially when Georgie and Wills are added in. One or two of these names wouldn't stand out, but together it's weird.
