I agree with you, they do seem shallow and trivializing - like names you'd expect to see on slavegirls in an ultra-cheesy sex-fantasy story.

KAPOSHTONIDO - "head like a rock"
MONOJHO - "made of money"
HUNDIDO - "doggish"
KRUDO - "coarse, rough"
KORPOFLARIO - "having a pleasant body smell"
REVIZINDO - "worth looking over"
BELMUSKOLO - "nice musculature"
- chazda (who doesn't know Esperanto and probably got the word construction all wrong)
