Stella* = Very cute.
Melina = Too much "apple" IMO.
Veronica* = I like it very much, especially if it is shortened to Vera.
Vittoria = Nice, a bit heavy, maybe.
Claudia = Not sure about this.
Cristina = My MIL's name. I think it's OK.
Gioia* = I think it belongs to the stripper-name category. Sorry.
Chiara = Really nice, but really common.
Alessandra = Really nice.
Roberta = I quite like it.
Luna* = Wonderful.
Giorgia = Horrible personal association.
Paolo = My Dad's name. I like it.
Daniele = Nice.
Mauro = Old man's name.
Luca = I just know too many.
Giorgio* = Nice, but again, horrible personal association.
Renato = No way.
Carlo = A bit old-man.
Alberto = I really like it.
Emiliano* = A bit heavy on a child IMO.
Davide = I really like it.
Achille* = Like it, but I don't know if I'll ever be bold enough to use it.
Bartolomeo* = Too old.
Aniello* = Too Neapolitan.
Giuliano = Nice, but not my favourite. I much prefer Giulio.

My favorites for the girls are Roberta and Chiara, but I like them all except Vittoria and Melina. Giorgia is new to me though if I had thought about it I could have supposed it existed.
We had a little girl named Chiara down the street in our last town. Her brothers are Anthony, Nicholas "Nico", and Francis "Frankie".
Italian boys names don't tend to suit my taste. Vowel heavy endings are not something I'm used to. I do think Luca, Mauro, and Aniello are very handsome.

Hello :)
I like or love:
Stella - I wouldn't use it but I love the meaning. I find the sound a bit too harsh to use it but in general I tend to go more towards names that start with the letters L or E, I like soft letters and the St-beginning is a bit rough to me. I like it anyway, it's just something I personally wouldn't use.
Melina - I think it's really sweet and soft and I love the meaning of 'honey' as I love honey and honey bees. I wouldn't use it for a few reasons. First of all it's kind of common here and second of all the very similar Milena is also common and so are Lena and Lina. So the sound is just too common for me.
Veronica - it's a strong classic. I also wouldn't use it but I like it. It's very mature and dignified.
Vittoria - this is softer than Victoria which I like about it and it has a great meaning as well.
Gioia - I like the meaning and sound but here it would be too complicated to use.
Luna - I like it. I love Harry Potter and this name makes me think of the character which is nice. I wouldn't use it because it's not on my list anymore but I like it. Luna Aurelia used to be my favorite combo (moon + golden).
Carlo - I really like this it seems really friendly and charming.
These are okay:
Claudia - I like the sound, but only when it's pronounced in English. I dislike the meaning and it seems very dated to me.
Cristina - Christina or Kristina look nicer to me. It's very 80s dated and I much prefer Christiana or Cristiana.
