Help[Opinions] Bartolomeo or Tolomeo?
Hi !!!
These two names that I like for their sound could seem quite similar but have different origins:
Bartolomeo (Bartholomew) comes from Aramaic (bar+Talmai) and means 'son of the furred'.
Tolomeo (Ptolemy) comes from A.Greek (ptolemaios) and means 'aggressive, warlike'.
Which one of these?

While I prefer Bartholomew & Ptolemy to these names, I prefer Bartolomeo to Tolomeo. Bartolomeo just seems more complete and has several nickname options, including the winning Bart & Bartolo. Good luck!

I don't like the Bart sound, so: Tolomeo.
Bartolomeo - 4/10 or 5/10 - because I do like it more than Bartholomew, at least
Tolomeo - 5/10 or 6/10 - because I do like the sound, but the meaning is not my style
