[Opinions] Kendrin
I read this name in a book. Thoughts? I know it has that trendy sound, but I kind of like it.
Also, if you had to use it, would you use it for a girl, or boy?

I think it sounds like a prescription drug. A male prescription drug. ;)
I’m not a huge fan of Kendrin. It does seem really trendy / young-sounding, and it doesn’t have an obvious meaning. It is gender-neutral, though, and I tend to like neutral names. But if I had to use this and pick a gender I’d say it would fit better on a girl (but I kind of think that about most -in/-en names).
It's not bad. I'd say I like it. I would definitely use it for a boy, never for a girl.
I don't like it very much. I like Kendra, and I like Kendrick, but Kendrin just seems like a neutered version of both... I'd probably like it more if I weren't feeling "invented genderless -n name" fatigue. It's better than most. Slightly prefer it for a girl.

I don't like it. I don't mind the trendy sound as I actually like quite a lot of trendy names, but I just think the name is ugly and weird sounding. I thought of it as a masculine name when I saw the subject, like a masculine version of Kendra?
