I pronounce them the same, although Stuart looks more like a surname-as-first-name to me, and Stewart looks more like a word/profession (steward).
To me, Stewart comes across as a ne'er-do-well, for some reason, while Stuart maybe had an irresponsible phase, but he grew out of it eventually.
