[Opinions] Georgine and Georgeta
WDYT? I like that they’re not as used as the other feminine George names, at least not that I’ve heard. Would you prefer Georgine to Georgina and Georgeta to Georgette?
If you had to choose between Georgine and Georgeta, which would you choose?
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Between Georgine and Georgeta, I have to say that Georgeta sounds less dated.
And personally, I prefer Romanian names over French ones.
So that definitely wins for me.
I prefer Georgina to Georgine though. And Georgeta wins over all the options you gave.
The only George name I can think of that I like more than Georgeta is Georgiana pronounced JOR-jee-AH-nah.

I think in order of preference for me:
1. Georgine
2. Georgina
2. Georgette
4. Georgeta
So if I had to pick between the two, Georgine is the winner. Georg- isn't a pleasant sound to my ears though.
Currently, of these, only Georgina is in use in the US. Georgeta has never been in the SSA data, though Georgetta has been.

I would prefer Georgiana over both Georgine and Georgina, but if I had to chose between the two, I would go with Georgina because it lends itself to the nick name Gina.
How do you pronounce Georgeta? It sounds awkward when I say it aloud, so I would go with Georgette, which isn't a favorite either. Between Georgine and Georgeta, I prefer Georgine because I could at least go by Jean/Gene.
