I'm a little confused by which namebank to use.
Is it ...
Namebank 1 for people born Jan 1st - Jan 15th
Namebank 2 for people born Jan 16th to June 30th
Namebank 3 for people born June 30th to July 15th
Namebank 4 for people born July 16th or later?
Or are we supposed to be able to use 2 namebanks? (ie someone born July 1st could use the "after Jan-June" bank and the "prior to July 15th" bank.

Namebank corresponds to your birthday.

If you read carefully, you will find that the namebanks correspond to birthday in two parts--first, were you born on or before the 15th of the month or afterward? Then, were you born in January-June or July-December? That will give you a namebank to use.
