I love "Georgie" I think it's spunky and sweet at the same time but I would never bring myself to use it as a full name. My only option would be Georgina as it's the only "George" name that I really like (and have done since I was a child).

I think maybe Georgianne is a prettier spelling? Or just go for as you hear it, Georgie-Anne, but I like double barrel names and I know a lot of people don't...

Give it a French pronunciation and use it in a French context, and it's fine. In an English-language context, I really find it pretentious, unattractive and asking for solecisms like Jor-Jane, on the analogy of what some people do with Georgiana.

I'd use Georgina happily enough, but no other fem version of George appeals to me.

Not a fan of the sound or how it looks. I much prefer Georgiana.

This is one of those names that’s “neither here nor there” imho.

It’s more elaboratd than Georgia but not as complex as Georgina or Georgette. It bypasses Georgina but doesn’t quite go for the all-out frilliness of Georgiana. It’s just “there.”
