It’s pretty, could definitely work nowadays.

Some medieval names I like are:
Aldith, Audrey, Matilda, Rosalind/Rosamund (medieval-ish enough, I say), Albray.

I love Adeliza! It could absolutely work nowadays, since Eliza and Adele (etc.) are so recognizable.

My favorite medieval names are Isabeau, Richemay, Richenza, Clemence, Amphelise, and Helewise.

I like Adeliza, although I chose Adelise to put on my list due to the abundance of -a names already on there. It has such a lovely sound, very unusual but familiar. I don’t know if she counts, but I like Guinevere a lot.

I like it. Ada and Adeliza are probably the only Ad-names I can enthuse about. Sure it works.
I don't know if there are any medieval names like that, that I like ... there are some I think of as medieval-ish -
Cicely, Gillian, Audrey, Tiffany, Jack, Derek, Peggy, Robin m, Larkin, Tybalt ?
