There's this scene in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt where Titus meets a baby named Linda and he acts like it's the most ridiculous thing ever ("That's not a baby name; that's a name for an adult woman who works in human resources and says stuff like, "Mondays""). Honestly Janet kind of gives me the same vibe.
Trying to separate it from that, the sound doesn't really appeal to me, particularly the -ann- sound in the middle. The medieval variant Jennet is more appealing sounding to me.
