Corinne is OK. I knew a Coral once whose name was a tweaked variant of Carol; this put me right off, perhaps unfairly.
I know a small Cora, named after her grandmother. It looks good on her, but anything would! Her sister is Stella; same reason, different grandmother.
It might be a pronunciation issue. I don't like the way Cora sounds like a noisy crow. But I don't use or hear the same sound in either Corinne or Coral.
I do like Coralie a lot. It's frillier than my usual, but for some reason that doesn't matter. Dislike Coraline, though.
