[Opinions] Trisha and Trishna
Replies
I think Trisha, and to a lesser extent Tricia, is quite cute and just fine on its own. I've never met a Tricia/Trisha who was actually a Patricia; all the Patricias I've known went by Pat, Patty or once or twice, Trish.
Trishna just doesn't sound nice.

I don't mind Trisha as a full name but I like the spelling Tricia better.
I don't like Trishna. She will always have to correct people who hear Trisha.
Trisha is not a common name so there's not a lot of reason to make it more complicated.
Editing: I do like that Trishna is Sanskrit... which I did not realize. If there are people in your life who into Sanskrit, then it might go over better.
