i loooove Lyubov. sounds so soft and lovely. i'd use it if i were Russian/Ukrainian/Bulgarian, or if i were honoring a specific person i know.
i think it's completely usable. though it's very distinctly Russian, it wouldn't be hard for native English speakers to learn (though there still may be some who will act like it's the most incomprehensible thing ever).
