I've seen Lallie used as a nn for Lorraine.
Lalla sounds infantile, or like a stammer.

It’s fine as a nickname, but as a given name it’s a bit babyish. I love the name Laelia, though, which is similar.

I like it! It does sound a bit youthful but not too much so in my opinion. However I would spell it Lala.

Reminds me of the teletubby unfortunately (she was my favourite though!). I like it as a nn or middle, and I love the Lal bit, because Star Trek.

I can't say I care for it.
At least not in real life. Maybe fine for a character or something. It sounds like something someone would call a baby named Laurel or Lorelei or something when they're just trying to be cutesy. It's a nickname I would give to someone named Eulalia or Laelia or Malala.

I like it as a nickname for Lalage and Eulalia.

It sounds like baby talk to me. Layla or Lila is fine; Lola and Lula I don't like at all but they're still better than Lalla.
Lalla also reminds me of the La La Loopsy dolls that were popular a few years ago.
