I’ve noticed a lot of “Finnish Western Lastname” combos. Do you find Fins are incorporating a lot of western middle names?

I'm not sure what you mean by "western" (because Finland is also a western country). If you mean names that are widely spread in all/most of the Western world, then yes, though this isn't something new. For example, names like Anna, Maria, Sofia and Johannes have been used here for centuries. But if you look the most recent top 50 popular names' list, there are some new internationally used names, for example Isla, Mila, Noel and Luka. Some Finnish parents want their children to have names that are easy to pronounce abroad, so they prefer these kind of names. There are still names like Väinö in the top 10, but you can definitely say that Finns have more international taste nowadays when it comes to names.

Leino, Mauno and Matti, what a set of brothers! I like this style.
Klara is a nice sighting as well. And Cecilia - I thought about it the other day, when the news about new additions to the name calendar was announced, but I came to conclusion I couldn't use it on a real child because of the very nature-wordy Finnish surname she'd have. But I love that others have the courage to use it (I'm guessing the parents are Finnish-speaking based on their names). And Irma, that's lovely!
I don't understand Kaislasara. It's not really something I'd like to name my child after.

Kaislasara is pronounced as KIES-lah-sah-rah. Basicly the name is a combination of names Kaisla and Sara, which happen to mean "large-spike sedge" as put together.
