What do you think of Liva?
I really love the look of it. It seems to be common in Denmark right now.
How do you pronounce it?
LEE-va or LIV-a?
I think I would say LEE-va.
Is it too close to 'leaver' or 'liver'? I know in some accents the -er can sound like an -a.

I love Liva, pronounced Lee-va, and I know for Westerners there is a similarity to liver/leave but I think it is a great nature name :)

I'd say LEE-va when I see it without any further clues to the pronunciation.
I quite like it. It's short and simple, but not boring or very nicknamey.

I'd say LEE-va.
It would be fine. Just seeing it on paper I think of lever / leave her and saliva, so it doesn't attract me as a favorite, but in real life I would not be bothered by that if it were someone else's name.
