Paul and Tiggy really thought they were done. Four kids were enough to raise! But in the autumn of 1593 Tiggy discovered she was, in fact, with child! A son was born the following year, when Nell was 14, named Titus - after the most ridiculous and fun play Paul and Tiggy had ever seen together. Because of this, sometimes Titus' older siblings refer to him as "Andronicus" in a joking manner. Two years after that, a forty-year-old Tiggy gave birth to little Isabeau - after which she stridently declared, "No more, now! I bloody mean it!" But for their part, the elder four kids did well to help in their youngest siblings' rearing. The family's "business" was making money hand over fist, everything falling in line smoothly (people actually paid their loans back!). Now Paul had to think of his children's futures. A merchant richer than Croesus, Jonathan Streete, had a lovely daughter named Viola, who just entered society at seventeen years old. Master Streete owed a great personal debt to Master Priddy, over the many favors the latter had done for him, so Owen Priddy was welcomed as a suitor amongst nobles and landed gentry. Viola, with some pressure from her father, ultimately chose Owen from the rest, and soon they were married. It was a marriage of convenience, true (Master Streete even told Owen "if she breeds not, send her back"), but they got on well. Just this year Viola birthed a son, Simon Galen - his second name after the famed physician. His parents have a future far more "legitimate" in line for him.For Nell, her sights have been set on someone far more humble. For years and years, the Priddies lived near the Thrussells, a family who operated a goldsmithy. The eldest Thrussell, Vernon, would inherit the business from his father. But Alban, Owen's good friend, had other ideas. He ended up going to Venice, taking an apprenticeship in glassblowing for some years. Alban returned a glassblower with a humble London shop, but he was gaining attention - particularly that of Nell, the girl who had admired him in secret for years. Could Alban return her affections?***Please rate my personal name lists:www.behindthename.com/pnl/69381
