I like it in a guilty pleasure way. It seems a bit tacky on a real child.

I can't tell by looking at it if the J is meant to sound like a J or a Y. Which is inconvenient - while I was wondering, the thought came to me: on the Tarzan meets Jane principle - 'Me Lissa' 'Oh ... you Lissa?'

Not feeling it. It looks like a bad mashup between Julia/Julie and Melissa/Alyssa/Alissa/-ssa names.

I went to grade school with a Julissa. She wasn't the nicest girl, but her name was cool.

It feels like the head of a dog sewn onto the butt of a cat.

Somewhat pretty but also incredibly made-up. An obvious mashed up name. Like 'Jennica' for example.

Hm! I've thought about it before - I like issa names, I like Jul- names, and I like smushes.
So I like it ... but not in a favoritable way. It feels a little too synthetic for me, in a sixties way. Too much. Like Loralyn or Lisanne or Mariella.
