I prefer Isra, makes it a little more distinct among all the Ezras running around. It has such a beautiful meaning regardless.

Asra أسرى (and the more famous Isrā' إسراء) are more clear.
Esra is too close to Ezra.
I don't want that an Arabic name full of historical, literarian and religious vibe would seem a mispelling.
