VERY obnoxious! It's not just the fact that the names have matching x's (Xander and Xavier have matching x's and yet these are fine, IMO) but Beatrix and Felix RHYME. They both end in the same sound 'ix'.
It doesn't matter that these are both "nice" names that are hipster and loved in namenerd communities and just the "right" amount of well-known without being overly popular blah blah blah. In my opinion you might as well use Billy and Tilly.
