Yeah, some letters aren't that common in Dutch for a name to start with (like the Y and U) and then you suddenly see the Turkish / Arabic names pop up :) The Netherlands has a lot of people of Turkish and Moroccan decent, but also more recently some immigrants with Muslim backgrounds, which helps with the name popularity. Mohamed would've been the most popular M- name, if there weren't 4 common different spellings of it.
