I have a deep fascination for Polish names.
In my PNL there are some forms of this name like Giuditta and Yehudit. I also have Edyta among Polish ones.

I like this particular form because despite being Catholic, Poland has always had a link with Jewish communities and Hebrew culture...and their recent history.

This is why I think that the Polish form is better than other ones.

It's interesting. I love the sound of it, but I think most people in my area would pronounce it judy-ta.
