I have no particular ties with Christoph. I think it is quite boring.
When I was a child I was sure that the French form of Cristoforo were Christophère (it was Christophe actually). After I found the form Kristoff (Frozen) but also this one is quite weak.
My favourite form of this name is Cristóbal.
