It is the first time that I hear it.
I was surprised that it is just a submitted name and not more popular.
I think that it has a chance to come back as names with a similar sound (Evelyn, Everly, Eveline, Avery..) are very common now.
Personally I quite dislike it. Not for a specific reason. Maybe the sound? I don't know.
