It sounds assertive to me. I associate it with green and Saint Gertrude. I'd love to see it used.
My favorite NN would be Tru (seems more modern, whimsical) or Trudy (seems more retro, conventional). Gertie's nms, but I don't hate it...I think it's saucy.
