I love that you are using Daisy as a nickname. It is adorable on a baby or small child, but it seems insubstantial on a woman.
As others have mentioned, how about Margaret? Adelaide might also work. Childhood nicknames don’t have to directly relate to the given name, so you could go with something totally unrelated like Matilda and still call her Daisy.
You could also use Daisy as a middle name. I’ve known people who used their middle name for everything except really formal occasions.
