I think its really cool and fresher than Maxine.

I think the Maximiliane variant works better for English speakers and somehow doesn't feel like quite as... much despite only being a letter shorter.

Outside its own language community, it's far too long, too complicated and too fluffy. May I suggest Maxine?

It looks comically long, partly because of all the repeated letters, but I like Artemisia, which has the same number of syllables.

I could get used to it. I like Maxine for other people, but if I had to be one or the other, I think I'd rather be Maximilienne. It's more musical.

I planned on naming my son Maximilian, so I obviously like that. Maximilienne is a little too much though and I dislike Max as a nickname for a girl.

That’s a lot of name. I don’t dislike it, but it’s... a lot.
