[Opinions] Poor Spurgeon...
He really got the short end of the stick when it came to names in that family. If his first name had been Elliot instead of his middle that set would be so much more congruent...That being said Ivy Jane is precious. It's a sweet, simple name and I'm glad she wasn't saddled with something heavier.http://babynames.com/namelist/9860611

I agree, I think certain honoring surnames, like Spurgeon, are better as middle names.
