I was told by Lumia on the Name Facts board that Elisabet was indeed the Spanish form of Elisabeth. According to the research that I've done, this seems to be a fact. Plus, my new friends (of which I spoke in the original post) confirm this as well.

I'm really liking Elisabet Sofía, too. I think I can safely say that it is my favourite (at the moment, anyway). :)
