Sure it's usable and it's only a mn anyway. Go for it! Juliet Marigold is such a sweet combo.

Juliet Marigold is gorgeous. I'd use both names if I could but not in the same combo. I have other names picked out to go with each. :-) Also, I like that both names aren't unheard of yet not expected either. I love that Marigold honors as well. Go with your instincts, Mama.

Definitely fine as a middle. I love Marigold as a first, and find her perfectly usable in either spot.

Marigold is a beautiful name, and I love the idea of honouring family.. Juliet is not my style, but the whole name flows okay, unless your last name is also three syllables with the emphasis on the first syllable.

That's an awesome middle name! Juliet Marigold sounds really pleasant together. The only concern I ever have with middle names is if it'll be something the kid's embarrassed by later. But marigold is a cool flower, a nice sound, and a bit of originality.

I think it is a lovely name! Middle names are the perfect place to use names you like but may not be brave enough to use as first names. Juliet Marigold is beautiful and is a great honor for Mary and Goldie.

No middle name is too weird, if you love it - 99% of the time no one's going to know it, anyway.

Marigold's a little ostentatious, but it's cheerful, and I like it. I've seen it used a couple times, and no one reacted negatively to it, at least outwardly.

I think you’re more likely to have an issue with Juliet than Marigold. You will have a lot of Romeo and Juliet comments, despite it being a lovely name. Marigold in the middle name spot is much less odd than in the first name spot where people hear it all the time.

Most people will never even know it's there. And if there's a family link, they'll understand. If there is anything to understand: Marigold has been used, unlike, probably, Rhododendron - Winston Churchill named a daughter Marigold and nobody blinked. She died very young, and the couple's final daughter was Mary, partly as a tribute to her late sister I would imagine. Plus, flower names like Pansy and Poppy get used; Marigold has got to be better than them. Juliet Marigold sounds pretty and distinguished, a name she can be proud of. Go for it!
